INGREDIENTS:

4 heaping tbsp. of Artisana Organic Raw Coconut Butter
2 Frozen Bananas
3 Dates
Juice of a Navel Orange
1 tbsp. of Raw Honey
1 tsp. Organic Vanilla extract
Ice

PREPARATION:

Combine ingredients (except ice) in a blender and blend until smooth. Add ice to make the smoothie as thick as you'd like!

I was given the opportunity to review a few products from Udderly Smooth. What they sent me were Udderly Smooth Foot Cream,  Udder Cream & Moisturizing Lotion for review.

I must say that I am impressed with the texture of these products. It reduces dryness & roughness of my skin especially the foot cream. The smell has a nice calming scent and the feeling is smooth & creamy. I used it right after I got out of the shower & I saw the immediate results because my skin is usually dry & cracked (on my elbows), but when I came out and used these products dramatically my skin felt moisturized and soft. These products are especially good in winter time because a lot of people suffer from cracked skin in the winter time due to the cold, but these udderly smooth products are specifically made to moisten the skin to reduce the cracks & the dryness.

I just want to say that I absolutely love the foot cream because I frequently have dry feet in the winter, and at night I put lotion on my feet and then sleep with socks on the entire night. In the morning my feet were so incredibly soft and moisturized, but it doesn't last but a day or two. This cream really keeps my feet looking fantastic. It doesn't have a greasy residue either & it rubs in well. I am glad the jar is quite a decent size because it will last me awhile :)

The Udder Cream is helpful too. It's good for keeping your hands, legs, elbows & ankles and any other part of your body moisturized. The cream comes in a pump & is easy to dispense. It rubs in smoothly and is non greasy as well. It does do a great job of keeping my dry skin at bay and moisturized for a few days which is really nice.

I was able to review a product for Teething Bling. I was given the Triangle Pendant. These are a really cool/neat a good idea for babies because they love to chew on anything they can get there hands on despite giving them something for just that purpose they want your jewelry. Teething Bling Jewelry solves that problem in a very attractive manner for nearly every style. I can't tell you how many times my son or my siblings when they were a baby always grabbed on things that we were wearing such as earrings, necklaces, anything really they could get there hands on like I mentioned above. With this new teething product I think it's a great way for the babies to chew on there own jewelry instead of destroying our jewelry. The necklaces also come with break away clasps to prevent that it from breaking or your baby from getting hurt should they accidentally put the necklace on. I wish I had this when my son was growing up.

I was given the opportunity to receive a KQC Flat Iron for review & Thermal Shine Spray.  This is supsosed to be the best top rated hair straightener on the market & preferred by the top hair stylists around the world. I was so estactic to try & see what this could do. My original flat iron didn't really work as good, so I wanted to see the difference & let me tell you this product works wonders! It is totally different! I just love that the KQC X-Heat Flat Iron has an on/off switch & a temperature control that ranges from 140 degrees all the way up to 410 degrees. I used this flat iron on the highest because my hair is natural curly. It heated up pretty fast to about 8 minutes. Not to bad than most others.  They even gave me this KQC Thermal Shine Spray which really worked great when I applied it during I was straighten her hair it left it feeling so soft. When my friend Ashley did her hair she even said that she loved the Thermal Shine Spray because her hair looked great afterwards she said it felt so silky/smooth.

Doesn't this look so TASTY!!!! YES it does!!!!

I was given the opportunity to pick out 5 different products from Tasty Bite & I choose  Spinach Channa, Mushroom Takatak, Garlic Brown Rice, Tofu Corn Masala & Kerala Vegetables to review. All of these products have an authentic Indian flavor. Especially the Kerale Vegetables I had made some chicken & rice & poured the Kerale Vegetables over top the rice & let me tell you that flavor was a-m-a-z-i-n-g I loved the texture of the rice mixed with the sauce & vegetables. I would say that, that was my favorite along with the Tofu Corn Masala. I haven't tried the others yet, but I can't wait to try the Mushroom Takatak one because I am a huge mushroom fan.

One of my favorite recipes that I found on there site was the Tasty Bite Pad Thai Wings here is the recipe below:

Ingredients

• 1 7 oz. pouch Tasty Bite Pad Thai Cooking Sauce
• 1 lb. chicken wings cut into sections
• Hot sauce/red pepper fakes to taste
• Salt and pepper to taste

Steps

1. Fry or Bake wings until juices run clear and skin is crispy.
2. In a large mixing bowl toss wings in Tasty Bite Pad Thai Cooking Sauce until well coated.
3. Add desired amount of hot sauce, salt and pepper, then toss to incorporate.
4. Serve with your favorite accompaniments.

Makes 12 wings. Preparation Time: 45 minutes.

So I was given the opportunity to receive 4 DVDs from Pulse Yoga. Me & my friend are trying to loose weight and we were so happy to get these DVDs & we never had tried Yoga before so this was a first experience for us. The DVDs are 60-minutes long. So far I love Yoga & I think it is such a great way to get lean muscles & it's so easy to do in the comfort of your own home. Pulse Yoga takes Yoga to the next level using weights & following the instructions movements you are lead through a great workout. I really enjoyed these videos & I have to say you can definitely feel the workout the next day. Pulse Yoga videos are great because each video has two instructors that while they are doing the same exercises they are doing them at different levels so you can do what is most comfortable for you. I enjoy doing these videos they each last an hour except the Express Yoga which is a quick 30-minute workout. They are a lot of fun and i honestly feel that I have more energy now that I have been working out with Pulse Yoga.

A basic yoga routine that introduces the Pulse concept of micro movements within a posture. Key areas such as abdominal, lower back and gluteus muscles are targeted. Alternating right/left pulse movements with free weights define and sculpt the upper body.

Balance in motion are emphasized here by connecting standing balancing postures in order to master control over the body in any position. Efficient simultaneous movements of free weights tone the upper body.

Build stamina and strength through more intense use of free weights. Inner thigh stretching and strengthening, hip flexibility and toning of the gluteus muscles is emphasized.

Only have 30 minutes? You can pack a lot of “Pulse” into that short time. A condensed routine that addresses major workout needs.

I invented Fandangling quite by accident. It all started with our daughter Lia. When she was born we were seeking ways to keep her happy and interested in her room. When I put the first Fandangling on the fan in her room, her eyes lit up and the rest, as they say, is history.

I was able to pick something out to review from Fandangling & I picked out the Underwater Adventure-Pink to review.  It's not all about babies they have kid's stuff to. I wanted to get my sister this because she loves Dolphins & I think it's pretty cool because it came in Pink that's our favorite color.  The kit contains 5 animals, fan attachment supplies, and instructions. The kit's very easy to put together, basically you wipe off any dirt that's on your fan blades, put some velcro down, and stick the animals on! How easy is that! Once you turn the fan on (LOW speed), it'll be transformed into a room sized mobile, but that's if you want it for your baby, but we didn't put the fan on because we just liked how it looked above on the fan.

I like to get beauty products & it's a definite plus if it's something that massages as well. The thing that I like most about this product is that it comes with 6 different pieces. It takes 2AA batteries (not included) and once you put the batteries in the Slimming Toner Massager you have 2 different settings to choose from "Low or High". The messager vibrates the most when you put the setting on high, which isn't a very hard vibration if you ask me. When I tried it on low there wasn't any vibration at all, but when it was on high it still relaxed my face, so I recommend the setting at "high"....
