I got to review a 9" Dinner Plate & a 4" Bowl (with plastic lid) to review from Yum Yum Dishes. I would have to say that I am always looking for new ways/ideas to keep healthy & keep my weight down. I am sure many of you are in the same boat as I am. I have found one thing that is really helpful to me is portion control. My mom even tells me about it also, so I'm used to it being nagged in my ear all the time, but I am pretty good with portion control anyways it's my husband that isn't. I tell him all the time, he still doesn't seem to find a way to listen he just loves eating, so I figured Yum Yum Dishes just might be the solution :)

Using these dishes and bowls while eating & snacking, you can prevent endless eating due to getting distracted or just not paying any attention! This way when I'm snacking me or my son. I usually put chips, pretzels, popcorn or some sugary candy I put it in this 4" bowl & we are all set. Also did you know that the average dinner plate is 11 to 13 inches. It holds way more food than we need. With the 9 inch Yum Yum plate servings look like the perfect amount. I am happily able to eat & when I'm done; I know I have not overdone it & it makes me feel good about myself.
