 I was sent some goodies from The Protein Bakery. Some of the goodies I got are the following: Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookie, Chocolate Chocolate White Chocolate Chip, Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookie, Peanut Butter Cookie, Wicked Mint Brownie, Black and White Blondie, Chocolate Chocolate Cherry Cookie & Trail Mix Cookie to review. I was surprised at how good they tasted  After all they are also good for you!  They have whey protein in each of their products. 

The first one we tried was the Peanut Butter Cookies I gave a pack to my brother because he loves peanut butter cookies he ate the entire 2 pack to himself I asked how they were & he said really good & yummy. Good thing I took a piece while I had the chance or I would of never new what they tasted like, and they were really delicious & yummy I love peanut butter myself.

 My husband loved the Trail Mix Cookie he loves the trail mixes period so he was really surprised at how good this cookie actually tasted.

 I tried the Wicked Mint Brownie it was really minty to minty for my taste buds, but my mom seemed to enjoy it. Overall everything was really yummy I like The Protein Bakery a lot & I will recommend these products to my friends & family :)

 I was sent out Arctic Zero Ice Cream to review. I actually had to let my ice cream sit for a day because when it came in the mail it was frozen and I mean frozen, lol. When it thawed out & was in my freezer the first one I tried were the Ice Cream bars the kinds I got were 4-Pack Box with 2 Chocolate & 2 Vanilla & the other pack I got were 2 Strawberry & 2 Orange Cream. I loved the chocolate ones the best the chocolate tasted really yummy sorta like a pudding taste to it really creamy & delicious.

I never would of known that the ice cream bars are only 85 Calories per bar, how exciting is that. You can munch on some yummy ice cream bars & not have to worry about feeling guilty. Also I love how it's Gluten Free.

Now on to the Ice Cream Pints I got 8 different flavors & they are:

I have to say they have a weird taste than the Ice Cream Bars I'm not sure if it's the flavor or what, but I tried the Cookies & Cream first & it was okay not as great, but it was good. The 2nd flavor I tried was Mint Chocolate Cookie & I didn't like that at all to much. The 3rd one I tried with my husband was the Chocolate Peanut Butter we both didn't like that at all it had a weird taste to it. Not saying all the flavors are gross, but particular ones we didn't enjoy, but other people may have different taste buds than us. Overall I loved the Ice Cream bars more than I did the Ice Cream pints just my opinion.

 I was sent out a pack of Zebra Pen's Z-Grip Daisies to review. I believe when I am writing my pen always has to feel comfortable when I am writing down or jotting down anything like my notes for Dr. Oz Show I love taking notes and these Z-Grip Daisie pens are really nice & comfortable when I write out stuff & I love how they come in 5 different colors my favorite is the Pink. My sister's also enjoyed writing with these pens the both picked out there color Purple & Blue.

Kids would love these sorts of pens. I know a few years back I was a pen freak I would love all these kinds of pens especially big ones the real expensive ones too. I think about it now & I look back and think how crazy I was to have had so much pens & be in-love with them. Too Funny...

 What can I say I was able to pick out some yummy delicious chocolate from The Madelaine Chocolate Company to review. The 5 items I picked out were Chocolate Peanuts, Mint Truffles, Lady Bugs, Caramel Popcorn drenched in milk chocolate & Peanut Butter Filled Twist Wrap Truffle.

Here is the Peanut Butter Filled Twist Wrap Truffle. I thought this was somewhat good I am used to a more creamy-er peanut butter but overall everyone else liked it like my friends & my husband. I think it was just to much truffle & chocolate to me. I like less the chocolate & more of the peanut butter.

The Lady Bug chocolate was so creamy & delicious I knew when I took a bite out of it it was going to be so delicious & it has coco butter which I love in every chocolate if it doesn't have coco butter I don't buy it, and I really loved these lady bugs the best :) so did my son.

The Mint Truffles I wasn't a big fan of them, but they were good they sorta tasted like a Andes Mint if any of you heard of them before or remember them they were really good. These are really minty with some truffle to it. My mom enjoyed these the most.

These Chocolate Covered Peanuts were really good. I sprinkled some on top of my ice cream it was really good.

Last but not least the Caramel Popcorn these were really really good all my friends enjoyed these they have the perfect amount of everything chocolate & the caramel popcorn every bite was well worth it. Leaving your mouth watery & wanted more.

CJ's Unique Boutique

For my review I was sent out 2 products to review Carcass Cleaner in Lavender & Tea Tree from CJ's Unique Boutique. I absolutely love the Carcass Cleaner every morning I use this product & rub it in circular motions all around my face & it leaves my skin feeling soft & silky afterwards. You can use it as a body wash also. It is all natural too the only ingredients being pure olive oil castile soap, water, Shea butter, coconut oil, aloe, castor oil & xanthan gum (corn sugar). It helps to clear up my acne also. The Tea Tree lotion is really nice to I love the smell of it & it leaves my body feeling silky as well. I think most lotions feel like that most of them anyways.

Cleis Press

CleisPress, the largest independent queer publishing company in the United States, celebrated its 25th anniversary in 2005. Among many lesbian, feminist, and gay presses that emerged in the 1970s and 1980s, Cleis is one of the only press that is still run by its founders. Felice Newman and Frédérique Delacoste founded Cleis Press in 1980, and have worked together as co-publishers ever since. Author Regina Marler caught up with them over coffee in San Francisco.

 For my review I was sent out 2 books to review from Cleis Press the one I am going to review first is the Lemons Lavender. First of all I love the cover of the book it's simple & colorful I love the lemons on the book too. The book is pretty comprehensive and touched on many subjects. This book would be great for someone who is just starting to realize the benefits of a more natural lifestyle and needs a guide to steer them in the right direction of course. When I was skimming through the chapters overall they have some really great tips and I love how there are recipes and craft projects, and easy to follow directions. If you are already living this type of lifestyle then there may not be a lot of new information but it is definitely a good read for a beginner or someone who is looking to expand there healthy lifestyle.

On to the second book I got to review is Use Your Words - A Writing Guide for Mothers.I have to admit I didn't read this one yet just am going through the Lemons Lavender one still, but I could tell you somewhat about this book. This book gives amazing examples and essays from many writers on using simple tools on how "as a mother" to use your words. How to expand on the sensory details of an event, how to use humor, how to write the hard stuff, and how to put a voice in your narrative. Kate makes the small writing exercises personal, doable and something that you truly just want to drop everything and do right then.

For my review I got sent out some yummy & healthy snacks from Betty Lou's. Some of the products I got were Organic Fruit and Veggie Bar, Organic Cacao Acai Bar, Blueberry Fruit Bar, Apple Cinnamon Fruit Bar, Cherry Fruit Bar, Almond Butter Ball, Peanut Butter Ball. As a mom I am always looking out for healthier snack options for my family especially my son. I love trying out new products & these yummy snacks are really delicious. I am in love with the Peanut Butter Ball it's nice & chewy & it's really good although I couldn't eat it all in one sitting I had to save some. My husband loved the Acai Bar Raspberry he said it was really good & sweet. The fruit bars are really good too I loved the apple cinnamon ones, my son ate some of the cherry ones, but I don't think he liked it all that much.

The Peanut Butter Ball it has just enough of all the peanuts in there it's just so yummy. Nice color & texture to it as well.

Muffinmeal

Looking for an update to traditional cupcakes and ice-cream? How about a way to entice kids to eat healthy? This unique baking accessory will provide endless hours of fun for your family and the creative baker or chef. Think of all the countless sweet and savory combinations that muffinmeal can be used for; cornbread stuffed with chili, pizza muffins, sloppy Joe, frittatas, ice cream cupcakes, brownies stuffed with fruit, mousse, pudding, truffles, etc. Use with box mixes, biscuits from a can, frozen bread dough or your favorite cake or bread recipe from scratch. There is no waste since the dough/batter bakes around the cup, which makes more muffins or cupcakes with each recipe.

For my review I was sent out a Muffinmeal Kit. The first step you want to do is Place the bases in the muffin/cupcake pan. Which I did above in the picture. After you place the bases in the cupcake pan you want to get the Slide paper cup liners & place them onto the serrated rods like in the picture above again but the 2nd part of the picture.

As you see in the above picture all the liners are put in & now all you need to do is Spoon your favorite cake batter or bread dough into the paper cups. I used a cake batter (vanilla).

Make sure you spray the outside of the cups with non-stick spray. I used Pam. Than line up straight edges of cup & base & slide down to desired height. Twist to lock in place.

The first batch came out quite okay. However I have a little bit of a con I don't like how they have holes on the bottom the ones that I had made they all seemed to have holes so the liquid would melt down to the bottom of my glass pan, so maybe I don't want to use the Cool Whip like I did before & also I didn't wait for it to fully cool down, so they were a little bit warm that's probably another reason why it melted to the bottom, but I did manage to put in a blueberry in the bottom of the holes, lol, so it wouldn't leak out but I did that with the last 3 batches I made.

These are what they looked like after they were done, I put them in the fridge when they were done & I brought them to my pop-pops for Memorial Day BBQ all the kids seemed to love them & my poppop said that they were good, so overall everything turned out awesome & yummy. I do want to try other recipes for the muffinmeal kit.
