MakIt Review

Makit began as the creation of Bob Hodges in 1969 . One day a neighbor, who was a teacher said, "Wouldn't it be fantastic to capture kids' artwork on something useful, instead of it falling off the refrigerator and throwing it out?" With a background in plastics and dinnerware manufacturing, Bob saw an opportunity to create an arts and crafts medium that children and parents would love. The Make A Plate was born! School teachers across the country continue to use MakIt for class art projects and fundraisers. Family traditions also have sprung up as new generations create designs that become heirlooms . . . to read more about MakIt click here

I was so excited when I was able to review this lovely plate with the help of my son Nicholas. MakIt let me customize our own plate. I just did 3 simple pictures of my son with myself & my sister with his full name at the top with the year along with some awesome robots that he picked out. These are such great & fun ideas to do together with your family also it's a very nice & clever idea to do this for a teacher my son is in Kindergarten this year and I would really like to get his artwork on a plate & they have that on MakIt website for more information on this click here but my son has to get a little bit better at what he's doing. They have lots of other things to do like all Disney stuff you could get as well. My son refuses to eat on it instead he wants to hang it up on his wall he's to funny.
