Disclosure: I received a sample of this product to review at no charge but my opinions remain my own.
Tim hunted for just the right pet food.
Having been a pet food distributor he knew just where to look, but was
disappointed when he still couldn’t find exactly what he wanted.
Eventually, he got fed up and decided to make his own. It was a pretty
Wild idea. Imagine starting a family business making pet food that was
natural and grain-free–with added vitamins and minerals–and that
actually promoted the health of dogs and cats . . . to read more about Wild Calling click here
I received a "free coupon" to get a 25lb Wild Calling Turkey Recipe bag of Dog Food to review on my blog. However I did have to pay the tax which was $5.00. I figured the Turkey Recipe would be ideal because my dogs are so picky but I had a good experience with it so far because I ended up mixing it up with the other dry food we had and they seem to not even know the difference which is good. They are small pebbles too which are really good to chew for the size of my dogs of course.
(from website)
The Turkey Recipe is a single source of protein diet for a dog with food sensitivities. It's a rotational diet that contains zero grain, gluten, chicken, egg or yeast culture. The diet is rich in meat with 75% protein derived from animal nutriment. It's the art of combining natural food found in the wild with dietary science (timed-release carbs, omega fatty acids,
probiotics and super foods) that supports the health of sensitive dogs.
I love all the great benefits in the Wild Calling dry dog food. Dogs should get better nutrients with better quality dog food. Be sure to check the Feeding Guidelines for your dog to give the correct amount of dog food.

We Love Wild Calling. Mine have Chicken allergies and do wonderful on this food. :) They currently are on the Turkey flavor & Buffalo wet.
ReplyDeleteOh man chicken allergies never new dogs could have an allergy to chicken, but that is good that they like other flavors. What kinda dog do you have?
DeleteI hadn't heard of this brand before and now I see that it's not carried in major chain stores but they do have it in a couple of small pet stores fairly close by.
ReplyDeleteYes it's not I was lucky enough to find a store near me and this bag cost about $76 it was expensive I only had to pay $5 for the tax but still I couldn't believe the price! I'm glad I was introduced to this brand though my dogs like it a lot.
DeleteMy boys would love this. We have chicken allergy issues also.
ReplyDeleteI absolutely adore Wild Callings food. It was one of Reya's favorite foods and would love to try one of their non-poultry varieties with Ivi.
ReplyDeleteI have never tried this brand but am always looking for other options for my dogs. I like that it is high in protein and gluten free.
ReplyDeleteYes high in protein is good for dogs, and my dogs are very fussy eaters accept Tinkerbell shes a pretty good eater.
DeleteMy Boston Terrier eats a raw diet but it would be nice to try this brand for my sister's corgi.
ReplyDeleteMy german shepherd would like this. We have to be careful with what we feed him and this seems like it has quality!
ReplyDeleteI use this brand for both my cats and dogs and they LOVE it! It is very expensive but the fur babies are worth it! The dogs sometimes stop eating it every few months, which is when I would switch them to Merrick brand (Annameat brand for a special treat ) But they are weird pups! The cats have been eating it consistently since birth and they love it so much. Thanks for the opportunity to win a coupon for such a great brand!
ReplyDeleteI buy higher quality dry dog food brands for my doxie because I notice he seems to look better as a result. His fur is shinier and his eyes are brighter. This brand looks very high quality and I would like to try it.
ReplyDeleteI hadn't heard of this brand before. My dog would like this.
ReplyDeleteThis sounds like a dog food my dog wont get sick from. I have a chinese hairless and he seems to get sick from every food I get him.
ReplyDeleteI have not heard of this brand before, but would love to get a chance for my dogs to try it.
ReplyDeleteI haven't heard of this, but I have 3 Boston's that would love to try it. I like the grain free foods.
