Nutrisystem Week Four #NSNation

For some of you that know I was recently on a cruise ship the week of Week 4 so I was unable to keep my process of Nutrisystem at home, but managed to try and eat healthy as much as I could on the ship, but did a bit of cheating days because it was Valentine's Day as well. I don't think it was the best time to go being on Nutrisystem in my opinion because I was away and it was just hectic to try and maintain a healthy eating and being on a tight schedule. I did have fruits during breakfast with some potatoes and I had an omelet so I was getting my protein as well. I did manage to bring some breakfast bars with me though for the remainder on my cruise ship and flight, etc. I knew you were allowed to bring food when going through security, so that was a major plus for me.
 
These were also really good to snack on when waiting for our flight as well since we had delays. I don't think that I've gained or lost any during this week because we did a lot of walking too but managed to be on excursions which was either on a boat or walking distance to and from the ports and to our destination of excursions. I felt that we got some exercise being on the ship considering how big it is. I want to look into home DVDs for exercising at home as well which would be a lot of help too. Nutrisystem has been a big improvement in my everyday life ever since starting it which I am so thankful for. It has pushed me to do a little bit of walking each day and to be able to get out of a funk mood lately. My one friend is always looking for someone to walk with too. We can't wait until summer time so we can go to the park and let our kids play and actually walk around the lake that is always something fun to do with your pets too. My dogs love to go for walks to I love to take them after breakfast I would manage to take a 15 minute walk, and same time after lunch and then dinner time depending on whether.

I was actually looking into getting surgery for weight loss. I still have yet to contact my sponsor to get more details information since I managed to hold off last year due to some depression/anxiety that was going on in my life. I've had a great 4 Week and going to be writing soon about my 5th week so be on the look out for that. 👍😊

  1. So glad to hear that you had a good time on your cruise. For those days you feel too blue, try taking St. John's Wort. My GYN recommended it to me for occasional bouts of depression. He told me that it's all natural and non-toxic.

    As for that bar - it looks simply scrumptious!
