I cannot tell you how much I have fell in love with these two products the shampoo and conditioner makes my hair feel light weight and gives me that extra boost of curls and fullness. I have natural curly hair and these products are my number one I wouldn't mind purchasing the two again just so I can use them. I love the way it makes my hair feel and look.

I don't really have thin hair but when I straighten my hair I do have thin hair like my Mother. I haven't straightened my hair in awhile though due to loosing my curls from the past. It's also good for people who have a issue with hair loss, not that I have that problem. The Biotin Conditioner with Keratin is color safe, sulphate and paraben free as well as gluten free making it an easy choice for clean hair growth and hair loss problems.

It also has a great source of complex vitamins, keratin and nutrients for long or short hair and works well on all types of normal, fine, or thinning hair for men or woman. 😊

It keeps the frizz away and maintains my natural curly hair. I have long hair a little passed my shoulders when it's wet and when it dries it will curl up right at the length of my shoulders maybe an inch passed. I just love the way it nourishes my hair so much. I am in awe over these products. I cannot say enough good positive things about Biotin Products. I did give my mom the Natural Biotin Restoration Spray because she does have thinning hair and she needs a bit of help in that department so she is always excited when I get products that can help her hair as well, and it will make it easy for her to style her hair while using the spray.

I was sent some crackers to review. Thanks to Mary’s Gone Crackers for collaborating with me. I chose 5 different flavored crackers.

I chose the following:

Real Thin (Garlic Rosemary, Sweet Onion & Sea Salt)

Original (Jalapeno) 

Super Seed (Basil & Garlic)

August 1st was my sister’s graduation party (Abby) and we had some close family and a few friends over for her celebration. What doesn’t go good with some cheese and pepperoni appetizers.... Mary’s Gone Crackers are a line of delicious gourmet snacks that unite taste appeal with satisfying nutrition. They are organic, kosher and gluten-free and contain no added oils, trans-fats, sugar or dairy.



We had the Sea Salt crackers to try out first and they seemed to be a big hit because they were literally all gone after people came and munched on some goodies. To me they tasted a little bit different then normal crackers. The texture is a lot different but a very good healthy cracker that I don’t mind enjoying with some spicy cheese. 

I love trying different snacks that help benefit me and my family so with that being said I loved the opportunity to work with Mary’s Gone Crackers and if your someone like me that likes all the healthy benefits you should check them out and see where they sell at your local grocery store. I know gluten-free may be a lot different but some products that contain gluten-free products are actually really good.
