I have been meaning to add a magnesium supplement into my diet to help with sleep! Thanks for this great intro to these products!
ReplyDeleteReds Paks sounds really good to me. I don't always eat what I should.
ReplyDeleteI take spoonfuls of ACV. It would be great and so much easier to use the gummies
ReplyDeleteThe magnesium. I take magnesium every day to help with restless leg and would love to try this. Thank you
ReplyDeleteAll of the products look so terrific to try. I would be interested first in trying the Magnesium Powder. I have heard magnesium is good for better sleep, which would be nice.
