I received a FYGL 3 in 1 Adjustable Dumbbell Set to review. I really love how convenient this set is. You can bring it where ever you go and traveling as well. Easy work out at home. Also comes with a black drawstring for easy storage.
The removable weight column which is picture above in this photo. Very easy to assemble and attach it together for a better way to use your weights. There are tons of work out videos all over YouTube you can simply look up. My mom used to exercise at a gym but since Covid she's been slacking and then she would so some work outs at home, but didn't have weights or had some that weren't really durable so I thought these would be perfect for her. Using upper body strength I wouldn't want a heavy weight I would like something easy and then work my way up.

The material is plastic and they come in two other colors I got pink and I love the color choice I was sent.
