I was sent a few samples of Thrive Sauces to try. There were two types of Thrive sauces which are:
Thrive's Special Sauces included:
* Special Sauce - Sweet-Heat: Mild
* Extra Special Sauce - Tangy-Heat: Medium
* Especially Special Sauce - Smokey-Heat: Hot

Thrive's Asian - Style Sauces included:
* Sweet-Chili Lemongrass (Zesty - Mild Heat)
* Coconut Yellow Curry - (Brightly - Spiced Mild Heat)
* Sesame Satay - (Savory - Mild Heat)

Out of all the flavors my favorite was the Sweet Heat in Mild. It wasn't that hot for me and it had just the right kick of flavor. Especially it being vegan and gluten-free which is wonderful. I am a big fan of condiment sides and sauces. I love to dip. I only tried the sauces with "chick fil a - nuggets" I thought nothing could go wrong with dipping with them.
On Thrive Sauce website they even say to mix it with your tuna or chicken salad instead of mayonnaise and I thought that was a great idea. If your anything like me and cannot do hot hot sauces then you'd love this one.

I tried the Extra Special Sauce in Tangy Heat Medium a bit of a difference from the above for me anyways. It was spicy for sure. This type of sauce would go best with fish tacos and other sandwiches that you like.
