MY THOUGHTS:

(me & my friends tried out the Jumpstart pill & we each took 1 pill before we even ate anything & it really didn't do anything to us, so than we took another as it says to take 2 pills but we didn't all take it together at once at one time we took one in the morning/dinner time, and we did this for the next week or so & it didn't seem to do anything really to us so therefore I think these kinda pills are just all "talk" hopefully other people feel different about the product as many other people have different opinions.)
