Sans Sucre Foods

As a part of Bernard Foods, a specialty foods company that has produced hundreds of products since 1947, Sans Sucre has been baking healthy versions of your favorite sweet treats since 1981.

For those of you who are watching what they eat, this time
of year can be kinda stressful due to the number of parties
with excessive amounts of sugary snacks and desserts.

Sans Sucre Baking Mixes are flavored with Stevia, an all-natural sweetener so that desserts can be enjoyed without the extra calories. In addition to being sugar-free or no sugar added, they are low fat, no cholesterol, lower in calories and lower in sodium. However, there is a distinct difference in taste between Stevia and regular sugar. “Like soda and diet soda both Stevia and sugar have different flavor profiles,” says Steven Bernard, chief executive officer of Bernard Food Industries, the manufacturer of Sans Sucre mixes.

Sans Sucre sent me 2 of their baking mixes. I got Milk Chocolate Mix & Apple Cinnamon Coffee Cake Mix for a review. Though it came to a really close call between the 2 that I had gotten to review. I really think that the Milk Chocolate won out of the Apple Cinnamon. I had made the Milk Chocolate first at my mom's house because of all the kids so they could try it & it was devoured in no time. I am absolutely a Milk Chocolate fan so I was very happy the way they had came out. So very good you could tell though that it was sugar free. I really do like the Apple Cinnamon as well. My mom loved that one the best just the perfect amount of taste of apple/cinnamon. Very Good!
