The GFB was started in 2010 by two brothers - one of which was a road warrior
celiac who was constantly searching for a gluten-free nutrition bar that provided lasting energy, was
highly nutritious, and tasted great. It turns out that

For my review I was sent 4 sample bars of GFB. The flavors I got were Peanut Butter Chocolate, Oatmeal Raisin, Cranberry Almond & Peanut Butter. The first one we tried was the Peanut Butter we are huge peanut butter lovers in our family so I was very happy to have tried this one first.
Peanut Butter GFB
Organic dry roasted peanuts paired with organic brown rice make this a
creamy but yet crunchy delight. Perfect for breakfast, or as an
energizing snack anytime during the day!
Defiently not creamy, it has a very odd texture I really didn't enjoy it that much. I guess the way it's made or something because it's very harsh taste something I am not really used to, but don't get me wrong others may like this way better than I did. Although I love that these bars are gluten-free & soy & contain peanuts is very healthy. I have been trying new things like "gluten-free" I think it has helped my stomach & not hurt so much.
Although these bars seem to have a lot of nutrients in them which is really good. A very healthy snack for your everyday needs.
