I received a few samples from Bar Keepers Friend to review on my blog. I am always looking for new and improved cleaning products since we have our "own" home now. It's good to find good and nice cleaning products that are ideal for your household and I thought Bar Keepers Friend was different and I wanted to give them a try. I received the following products:
It came in a nice sized basket full of Bar Keepers Friend products. What I was looking forward to most about these products is a spotless clean counter top and then some . . . We have a bar to in our house so the counter tops always need to be cleaned off. I was excited to use these on that as well.
My first choice I used was the Soft Cleanser to clean my slow cooker pot because I had just made chicken fajitas that night and the pot needed to be cleaned ASAP.
This product is a creamy texture and it's ready to use formula which doesn't need any mixing of anything just use as is. Although I was a bit concerned there was no soapy texture just a creamy texture. I felt like it wasn't doing anything like cleaning my cookware, but it was just a different formula then what I am used to using is all.
Other great uses for this product would be for the bathroom such as the shower stalls, bathtubs, and toilets, so I will have to try it on those surfaces or my husband can read the directions and do it for me. 😉
Our counter tops are always a bit greasy and just everyday grime we do many things on this counter top and my husband doesn't always clean up after himself, so I get stuck with usually wiping down the counter tops. I sprayed it and let it sit for a about a minute then used a paper towel or washcloth and wiped it away the messiness.
I can't wait to try the Cooktop Cleaner which helps get rid of those circled stains on your stove when your cooking and it over boils you can get those stains out with the Cooktop Cleaner. I am going to try lots of different areas of my house with the products I received such as the bathrooms.
I'm excited to use some of these for my husbands smoker to get his shine back and make it look more presentable when he has guests over, he's had it for about 3 years so far now.
