For most of yous that know me. I have natural curly hair. Most people would much rather have my beautiful curls and sometimes I just want to scream most days because I have natural curly hair, lol. Seriously! Sometimes I just don't know how to wear it and other times I just want to throw it up in a messy bun because I like how it looks, so it differs for me for each day. I must be lucky to have gotten my dads genes with the hair because I don't think I would pay for a perm constantly like other people do; with that being said, I got to choose a few products from DevaCurl to review on my blog. The following products I chose . . . are:

* SuperCream - Define & Control
* Ultra Defining Gel - Define & Control
* Set It Free - Shine & Finish
* New DevaTowel

These three products above worked wonders on my hair. They are my best go to hair care products for when I get right out of the shower. I wasn't to impressed with the middle product which was the Set It Free - Shine & Finish. It just made my hair a bit I don't want to use the word "sticky" but it felt like a hard texture the next day or when I put my hair up it felt like a hairspray had been used. Maybe I sprayed a bit to much which I will not do next time. Just a friendly tip! I will also try to spray in my hand and apply it to my dry curly hair that is a tip I saw on there website and I may actually like that better then rather spraying it into my hair when it's damp.

This is usually the amount I rub together in my hands and put through my damp wet hair. It's an amazing product from DevaCurl my favorite go to for gel. The gel works amazing and no gel dandruff in your hair afterwards. I hated that with other gels it was a mess and I stopped using gel for a while after that years ago and never went back, now with this brand it doesn't do that and I like it like that.

My Natural Curly Hair after using just the Gel from DevaCurl
 it looks extra curly and I love it.

If you have natural curl hair like me and sometimes have some frizz to your curls and cannot stand it from a day to day basis then these two products are for your. My hair tends to frizz a bit sometimes when I don't put enough hair care products in my hair so I say anyways, my mom was always different about the way I did my hair because she always used to say you have beautiful hair your putting to much of this or that in, etc, etc. It would be highly annoying, but with No-Poo & One Conditioner you honestly don't need all that junk in your hair, but I like to keep it simple and not use hair spray anymore in my everyday hair care routine, like I used to use before in the past years ago. It keeps my curls hydrated and I love the extra boost it gives like a extra bounce to my curls. My son calls my hair ramen noodles, LOL why I don't know it just makes him laugh all the time. Which I get it my hair is extra curly and it feels great after I use these two products after my shower. Get these while you can you will not be disappointed. Trust me fellow Curly Hair, Wavy Hair Girls! 😉

Another goodie from DevaCurl there SuperCream - Define & Control makes my hair feel really soft and this is what it looks like out of it's container a white cream texture. My hair feels so light after using just this product in my hair after a shower. This is the amount I usually use x2. I rub a quarter size amount into my hands and rub it through my damp wet hair and than scrunch it another time with some more and let it dry. Works wonders on my natural curly hair. I love how it also tames my frizz hair and adds lots of volume and smooths my hair. I'm digging it a lot.

Last but not least this great product called DevaTowel which is great for all curl types and it is a Anti-Frizz Microfiber Towel. I've heard that using a regular towel to dry your hair isn't that great, but who really knows if that is the truth, but this is a great product because it is so soft and it tames your frizz and I usually hold the towel and scrunch my hair upwards with the microfiber towel just because I am used to doing it that way with a regular towel and then bundle my hair up in the towel itself and let it all moisture together and wait like 15 minutes while I do my make up. I saw they had a video with 3 different hair types and 3 different woman using this and I am opened to using it the other 2 ways. I will have to try it out next time. I love this towel though it's great and better then using a regular towel itself. Check it out!

It just fit my entire head of hair with a few strands hanging out, but that is okay.

  1. Oh I think I might need to try this! I have been looking for a new product for my curly hair even though it's not as curly as yours

  2. I would like to try their Build Up Buster. My hair is wavy, but has lost some of its wave over the years. I think this would help.

  3. I commented on this post:

    But my "copy" didn't do right and I accidentally put in my Instagram name link. I hit "Enter" before I realized my mistake. The "comment as" name says Declan Cash's Mom for me (Anne Lehnick)

  4. I would love to win this because I also have naturally curly hair. I have not purchased any of their products yet because I don't know if they would work the right way for my hair and I don't want to make a mistake and spend all that money if they don't. One product of theirs that I wish I had is the microfiber hair towel. I have one that I've had for 11 years or so and it's fine, but I wonder if this one would be better for my crazy, curly hair.

  5. I would like to win because I have natural wavy hair and am always trying different products to enhance my curls. My main issue is frizz. I live in Missouri which is super humid and I haven't found a product yet that eliminates my frizz enough to continue buying it. I would love to see how this product works! I have heard many great things!

  6. I also have wavy/curly hair, not as curly as yours though. The reviews you presented really give me an idea of which products I would like to try. It would be great to win this.
