Farm & Oven gave me the chance to review some delicious healthy snacks. I received a sampler box to enjoy for myself & family, so I was skeptical at first to try these because they seemed different then any other snacks I have tried, but I love trying new snacks and so does my family. I received four different flavors of Farm & Oven snacks and they were:
I have to say I only really liked two flavors out of the four which I would of expected because I am not a fan of beets at all so I just skipped that one and the Zucchini Lemon Poppy Seed I didn't care for either. Although my potbelly pigs liked them, so they didn't go to waste. ha ha!
I tried the Pumpkin Maple Pecan and they were really tasty. When I first had a bite I liked how moist they were and soft to eat. I usually ate this for a quick on the go breakfast just so I had something in my stomach when I had to work an early shift at work. It's funny because I don't normally like the pumpkin lattes they had but I liked this so I was happy about that I guess because it had pecans in it; it made it more tasty for me. I love when it adds a bit of crunchy with your snack.
I love how they said on there website that "And we use real cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, allspice and cloves."
I remember my brother tried the Carrot Cinnamon and he took a bite and I said do you like it? He replied and said: "not really" typical guy for ya. I thought the carrot cinnamon was good. I like carrots so I think it's great they add 2+ vegetables in every snack at Farm & Oven. Overall I would recommend to my healthy friends who like to try different snacks and these are good.

ReplyDeleteAll of the flavors seem so tasty and wonderful to try. I think first I would try the Pumpkin Maple Pecan. I love anything pumpkin and I am sure the maple makes it taste even better.

DeleteThese look like great snacks. I haven't heard of Farm Oven before, but I am all about convenient foods. We have been so busy and these look delicious and the perfect quick snack.

ReplyDeleteThese all sound really good. I think I am most excited to try the Carrot Cinnamon flavor. I love cinnamon and this sounds like it would go great with coffee in the morning for a quick breakfast on the go.
