snack TAXI

I invented SnackTAXIs way back in 2003 as a way to stem the tide of plastic ziplock bags that flowed from our house to the landfill when our 3 kids started school! We pack over 500 lunches every year, and had definitely fallen prey to the easy appeal of the ziplock bag.

This product has such a cool name, If you haven't heard of snackTAXI yet they are reusable lunch or snack sacks. I love the idea of re-using things & I hate to spend all the money on plastic baggies to me that's always a waste & I get mad every time I pull one of those plastic baggies out of the drawer. I found this company called snackTAXI and I was able to choose from either the snack-sack or the sandwich-sack for review. I choose the sandwich-sack, and they create wonderful pouches that are completely made out of fabric and are washable. I was beyond impressed about how well made they are. All the seams are perfect and not one string is out of place or hanging by a thread. They have a whole different line of designs. They are just the perfect size for my 4 1/2 year old son. This will come in handy when he goes to school. He loves his sandwiches, lol.
