I have to admit that I have been somewhat over weight since the birth of my first child back in 2007.  Getting pregnant puts so much weight on you and I would never thought that it would be so hard to get rid of all that baby weight, but I thought it being after I had my son I was going to loose all the weight, but it just didn't happen. Here it is going on 2012 and I am still a tad bit overweight & just need to loose it all.  I recently was given the opportunity to do review for EatSmart

which inspired me to start trying to loose some weight. I had never really gone on an actual diet I mean just from eating healthy foods & portion controls. I knew it would be hard at first because I love food who doesn't love food. Especially my sweet side, but I also knew that I would look & feel a lot better about myself, so I watched what I ate for most parts. I'm clueless when it comes to how many calories I always look at sodium more than calories. I'm a picky eater so what can you do. Nothing really! I have been watching my calories & not eating much just pretzels with no salt added I usually buy Veggie Sticks from Trader Joes they are really good with some hummus. I love my EatSmart scale & I just like to play around with it and put different foods on it such as carrots, celery, cheese and an apple. The apple had came out to 277.8. I don't get the scale sometimes, but my husband helps me & I let my step dad borrow it for a few he wanted to try it so overall everything went pretty smoothly & I'm glad I got to review it & experience something new.

The EatSmart Precision Pro Kitchen Scale can hold up to 11 pounds. I like that it offers four different settings: grams, ounces, pounds & kilograms. You would normally hit "tare" than place your glass bowl on the scale, than zero it out (tare) and weigh up your food. By doing this it allows you to get the right information every step of the way. Within the past three weeks I have weighed everything from Chicken, Steaks, Pork Chops & Pasta and just about anything else you would want to add in. It's very accurate and allows you to know how much food weighs, so I think that is a awesome idea. It also runs on 3 AAA batteries (included)

Buy Yours Today: You can purchase a EatSmart Pro Kitchen Scale on Amazon.com for only $25.00 can't be that price!!!
