I was sent an Home Cooking Set from Rok Cooking to review. I was extremely happy because I saw this on a TV ad, and I just had to get in-touch with them, so here it is. I told my husband about this product, and he was happy & decided to try it out of course I made him cook it & use it because well I didn't know how to lol and I wanted him to do it cause he's the man.

It was kind of neat this Rok you simply put this on the stove to cook. It's pretty awesome too, and cool at the same time. Make sure you have a pair of strong tongs to because it's heavy.

You can put whatever you want on top of the steaks to and dipping sauce on the side of the tray my husband put ranch, and when you take it off the stove it's still pretty hot so be careful & it's cook because it still is hot & keeps the steak warm. I really love this Rok it's so great and not only you don't have to cook steak you can cook other meats on it as well. I prefer chicken.

I would recommend this product to my friends and family!!!

Suggestion Tip:
Heat the rock on the stove on high for 10 minutes. Take the rock off the burner and place into stainless holder and plate. Sprinkle the rock with coarse kosher salt then put the meat on. Let it sear for 1 minute, flip over, then cut 3-4 bite-sized pieces and lay them around the outside of the rock. The idea is you're cutting, cooking, and eating right off the rock a few bites at a time. Trying to get the rock off the stove with meat already on it would be quite challenging.

  1. I've never heard of this but I love the concept, I agree it looks like such a man gadget and maybe it would encourage my husband to cook more! Excited about the giveaway!

  2. I want to win this for my husband. We ate at a restaurant recently that served our stead on a 500 degree plate and did a similar method as Rok does (cutting in small pieces and placing around the plate to heat through). You couldn't get near the plate at all though. Very dangerous! But this would be a great way to do it at home and safely! Plus my husband is a medium rare/rare meat kinda guy!
